We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with expertise in React Native and MERN Stack to join our development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

• Build responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications.

• Work with MongoDB to design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage application data.

• Implement authentication, authorization, push notifications, and third-party integrations.

• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend systems.

• Optimize application performance, loading speed, and overall user experience.

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing product improvements.

• Manage application builds, releases, and updates for Android and iOS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in React Native, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Experience developing and deploying React Native applications for Android and iOS.

• Practical experience building REST APIs and integrating backend services.

• Good understanding of Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions.

• Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.

• Experience with JWT authentication, API security, and role-based access control.

• Understanding of responsive design, reusable components, and UI/UX implementation.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver features within deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, and real-time communication using WebSockets or Socket.IO.

• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations.

• Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Experience working with AI-powered features or recommendation systems.

Interview Process

1. Initial Screening: Profile and experience evaluation.

2. Technical Assignment: 3-hour practical development task.

3. Live Coding & Technical Interview: 1.5-hour technical assessment.

4. Final Technical Interview: 1-hour discussion covering architecture, problem-solving, and practical development experience.
